Excellent service and Dr.Singh takes time to solve the problem and never rushes.I have been taking my dog for the last 12 years to this veterinary and was never dissatisfied. Staff are very friendly.

All the ervice was great, but she still has not had a bowel movement. She was given laxitive on Friday Sept.24 She had not gone for 3 days, laxitive 3rd day, she went, now Sunday Sept. 26 and still no movement. She is eating with no problem, I have been applying the medication Dr. Singh gave as directed.

Birch-Dan and Dr. Singh have been taking care of my pets for over 30 years. Dr. Singh is a very knowledgeable, kind and caring veterinarian. His staff are very friendly, caring and efficient. I would highly recommend Birch-Dan Animal Hospital for your pet s health care.

Dr. Singh and his staff are always great. However, I did request a nail trim for my cat who was being sedated and the technician acknowledged my request and said it would be done, yet when I took him home, his nails were not trimmed. But, besides me requesting this I thought it was usually routine anyways.

Dr. Singh has been wonderful to work with, and has always taken extra care to research the issues our pets are dealing with to ensure their optimal health.

I absolutely loved every minute of our appointment. MJ (patient) really enjoyed having her favourite treats there in the waiting room, it eased her anxiety a whole bunch!! She made our experience a VERY memorable one!!!! The nurses loved my agility for an old gal...I’m 12 years young ??

Everything was great, as usual, but we were surprised at how expensive it was. Prices go up everywhere, we know, but this was really a lot.

Very friendly atmosphere, easy to book an appointment, short wait time. Enjoyable experience. We will be coming back for sure.

I would STRONGLY suggest introducing yourself when you walk into the little examining room. 3 people in total, 2 assistants and one doctor, not ONE Person told me their name. I’m a nurse, that’s frowned upon in my profession.
