i have been sending folks to dr singh for many years i operate a grooming shop in birch cliff area and prior in the beaches for 30 years and have always sent my clients to your clinic and have that they call me after their appt with you and tell me me how it was at your clinic so i am a fan diane cole

I absolutely loved every minute of our appointment. MJ (patient) really enjoyed having her favourite treats there in the waiting room, it eased her anxiety a whole bunch!! She made our experience a VERY memorable one!!!! The nurses loved my agility for an old gal...I’m 12 years young ??

Everything was great, as usual, but we were surprised at how expensive it was. Prices go up everywhere, we know, but this was really a lot.

Very friendly atmosphere, easy to book an appointment, short wait time. Enjoyable experience. We will be coming back for sure.

I would STRONGLY suggest introducing yourself when you walk into the little examining room. 3 people in total, 2 assistants and one doctor, not ONE Person told me their name. I’m a nurse, that’s frowned upon in my profession.

We use to complain to her with our previous dog how much our vet in the Beaches use to charge for everything and she kept saying you should switch Birch-Dan. Completely satisfied. Appointment time was great. All explanations said so I could understand. Dr. and staff so friendly always. Always clean, and special covid care.

We found that the staff was nice but rushing. The pets were taken into another room for treatment. Explanations were given but there was no opportunity for a conversation or additional questions...maybe because of COVID restrictions? However, questions were answered patiently over the phone

I have to say that my first visit was a good experience. Staff is friendly upon arrival and I was out into a room right away. They followed covid protocols. After just the physical exam, Dr. Singh made a diagnosis. He answered all of my questions amd I felt confident that my dog was in good hands.

Over the phone I was told to bring my dog for this appointment as there would be tests done (appointment was for tick medicine). However in the end nothing was done and the doggo was not needed. I m pretty sure it was just a miscommunication but I still wanted to share this. Thank you!
