I love coming to you guys for my dog! Prior I was taking my dog to another vet in Oshawa as I was there for university but I can see the difference between the care for my dog. My dog is a pretty loud barker but he is the type that just needs to sniff new people to calm down. In Oshawa I would get a bit of prejudice over that and the fact he is a gsd. They even wanted to sedate him just for a check up! Here, the staff approached him the proper way and had an easy appointment. I was out in minutes! The vet is very kind and has a calm approach as well as the staff. Their pricing is great too! And everything is spotless and organized. Though their waiting room is large, you barely need to sit as they take you in right away.

Dr Singh though that Tobey May have ulcers , he seems fine now m he is eating, using his litter box, purring, I,ll never feed him blue buffalo products again , I emailed the company and called them, Tobey is wondering why he is not getting treats the last couple of days , I,ll wait a week and give him temptations or luvs cat treats he needs to take a break from them , I spoiled him, thank u for taking care of Tobey .

It has always been very easy to get in to be seen over the years - a few times one of my pets needed to be seen immediately and there was never a problem - I was told to come in right away. Waiting times have never been a problem. Dr. Singh has always taken the time to explain everything to me in a friendly and helpful way. I am assured my pets health and welfare is the number one priority. In fact, the staff have gone above and beyond their duty to provide the best care for my pets.

Birch-Dan is always there for us, at the drop of a hat. Dr. Singh has helped us out with our pups through minor injuries and major surgeries, and follow up was thorough by way of giving us the info to understand whats going on. The vet techs are a delight to interact with. They always make us feel welcome, and make sure our pups are well cared for.
