Birch-Dan came highly recommended from our dog groomer Dianne. We use to complain to her with our previous dog how much our vet in the Beaches use to charge for everything and she kept saying you should switch Birch-Dan. So with our new dog we decided to make the switch and was very impressed with our initial visit and look forward to along relationship with you. Thanks.

Completely satisfied. Appointment time was great. All explanations said so I could understand. Dr. and staff so friendly always. Always clean, and special covid care.

We found that the staff was nice but rushing. The pets were taken into another room for treatment. Explanations were given but there was no opportunity for a conversation or additional questions...maybe because of COVID restrictions? However, questions were answered patiently over the phone

I have to say that my first visit was a good experience. Staff is friendly upon arrival and I was out into a room right away. They followed covid protocols. After just the physical exam, Dr. Singh made a diagnosis. He answered all of my questions amd I felt confident that my dog was in good hands.

Over the phone I was told to bring my dog for this appointment as there would be tests done (appointment was for tick medicine). However in the end nothing was done and the doggo was not needed. I m pretty sure it was just a miscommunication but I still wanted to share this. Thank you!

I’ve been taking our pets to Birch-Dan Animal hospital for 20+ years. Dr Singh and all the vet assistants are super friendly and supportive. Definitely Recommend!!!!

they even cleaned up all my bites and scratches and disinfected them with clorahexadine

Booking arrangements have improved but waiting time is unacceptable. There is no update while you keep on waiting in the consultation room for 30 minutes. Treatment only takes 5 minutes for an annual check up and boosters. Not much explanation given afterwards though I understand it might be due to Covid-19. Very disappointed experience!
