Probably the best Vet clinic in the city. The doctor is very knowledgble and she always remembers previous conditions that my cat experienced, no matter how long it s been between visits. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

The groomer was lovely! Great personality and she did a great job brushing out my cat. I loved the added touch of the Christmas kerchief she tied around his neck. I wish she d taken off more during his sanitary trim though.

I have strongly recommended the experience and skill sets between the three Vets. The staff are welcoming and genuinely interested in the health of pets.Unlike some hospitals, the waiting area is calm and appts are organized to provide just a couple of pets to be scheduled.regardless of the demands for the Vets, The parking and garden are additional advantages for sick pets and a natural, close place for the pets to relieve themselves.

I feel very taken care of and feel the staff is compassionate towards my pets as well as my concerns. I have felt through all my interactions that they care about my pets’ wellbeing and are considerate and respectful of my decisions under sometimes difficult circumstances. It has been greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this animal hospital.

We have been pleased with the transition to the new veterinarian, Dr Conteh. He is very caring, attentive and kind to our pets. He listens to our concerns, answers our questions and does not pressure for extra tests, while still providing comprehensive care. After seeing Dr Singh for 28 years(!) we were nervous about changing practitioners, but are feeling reassured after a few appointments with Dr Conteh and will continue to be clients at Birch Dan. Everything was great, but I would like to say that if procedures are going to be done, it would be good to know how much it’s going to cost before the procedure is completed or even started. It was my first time there and I came in for a check up and to get a prescription, and the lady, although very nice, said She needed to clean my dog’s ears out. I was under the assumption that that was included in the check up. So then there were other things added on to my bill that were never told to me and I just thought this is kind of weird. It would be like going in For an oil change with your car and the mechanic deciding that you need for new tires without telling you and then charging you for it at the end. So that’s my only suggestion is that I think it would be best to be upfront with things before they’re done. Not everyone has a katana of cash sitting around. And if it’s something that you can wait for that would be good to know, but I felt like perhaps I was held a bit hostage on that one, now that being said, they were nice enough to chop off a few of the fees because I raised this at the office. But in the future, I know now to be asking. I don’t think there should ever be an assumption that the fees are known for something.

Charge $85 for a 20 sec examination is ridiculous. We use to come here with my dog all the time, she even had a surgery here but I don t like it when someone thinks I m a CLOWN. I paid your FREE money but we will go to other clinic in the future. Never had a complaint with the service and staff also friendly, the problem is you charge $85 for nothing. Do better.

We had called around to a few vets before selecting a new vet for our dog Moose. When we called Birch-Dan, Mason was super kind and friendly and helped us secure an appointment ASAP. During our appointment Mason and Dr. Anu were both so cheery and informative we left feeling very happy with our decision to choose Birch-Dan as our vet for Moose, as well as our other dog Buck.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! They were so sweet to our kittens and very comforting to me. They took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. The ladies at the front made the clinic warm and welcoming! I think we will be switching vet clinics! Thanks you so much ladies!

I had taken my pets to a Vet office for more than 15 years, they moved downtown Toronto which is too far for me and would be stressful for Kiwi. I am very glad I found your office, it is easy to get to (I rely on thee TTC) and the attention was perfect, the Vet who examined him was calm and explained every step of his eamination. I cannot be happier that I found you.

I was there on July 12th for a nail trim for my dog, two nails were cut to the quick causing both to bleed and alot of discomfort for my dog, this will definitely make my dog scared to get his nail done in the future, hopefully they will be ok as they still look dark from the trim
