This was my first visit with my dog. The lobby,rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk, assistant and vet were all very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend..

The nurse was a bit curt and impatient when asking questions about pet’s problem. I felt like she was irritated with being there.

Dr. Martin was FANTASTIC. I called on Thursday to see about bringing in my dog who was lethargic, not eating and had drainage from her anus. I was told that there were no openings on Friday and to consider other veterinary options. I took our dog to Carolinas Veterinary Services Thursday evening. They diagnosed her with an infected uterus and she required surgery. When I called PPH on Friday morning and mentioned this diagnosis and required surgery, the staff talked with Dr. Martin and graciously arranged to do emergency surgery on Friday during lunch. Dr. Martin cared for our dog with skill and gracious care. She took our dog home overnight to watch her and arranged a Saturday morning pickup at PPH. We were thrilled with her services.

Very happy with everything. Will return and will recommend. An 11-year client. Thank you, Go Nittany Lions!!!!!

Your staff takes great care of Capri

I absolutely have no complaints. I have been and am always treated with courtesy when I bring Ellie for her health visits and shots. Dr. Dawn has been our pet’s veterinarian for a good number of years. I am very pleased with her services and her assistants.

We already had an appointment for a yearly check up when our dog got sick the day before. We tried to get an earlier appointment but were unsuccessful. Doctor Martin was very nice & professional. We were disappointed that we could not xray done that day and will need to return 2 days later for x ray and untrasound to determine cause of illness.

Please provide a way to allow questions to be sent via email that are not urgent and can wait 48 hours to be answered. I have a voicemail waiting for Dr. Martin and I fear that based on her extremely busy schedule my request may go forgotten like the last time. Blood test results should be able to be sent electronically as well. These 2 simple upgrades will reduce the anxiety of the parents and minimize calls that would afford the staff to work on more urgent matters.

It would have helped to know that this was a blood-work only appointment. I would have cancelled and set up a regular vet visit.

Then first person you meet upon arriving is the front desk employee. She looked at me like I just walked into a closed business office and shouldn t be there! I had to immediately asked if they take walk-ins because of this look. She was not very friendly at all. The vet tech and the Dr. Were both very inviting and nice and took care of my baby between other patients, which I so much appreciated! I probably will not visit this that again just because of the weirdness in the air in the waiting room. I did not feel welcome.
