I know staffing is always an issue lately but when a standing weekly appointment needs to change then it would be beneficial to email the client or text to call the office to reschedule. For treatment that requires scheduled bloodwork after so many weeks/months, it would be extremely helpful if the client s were told to book that appointment when due. Time slips away from all of us... reminders that a specific test is due would ensure that the best possible care is being given. Other than those 2 minor things, everything else is great. Love the care and staff. :)

Since we adopted Lexi, we have used 4 different Vetinary services. I am so glad that we have found Palmetto Pet Hospital. We will certainly continue to have Lexi s well being and health needs serviced by Dr. Martin.

I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I understand that there is only one doctor, but had to wait 15 minutes before I was checked in for my appointment. I arrived early incase there was any paperwork that needed to be filled out. Then after the appointment, which was fantastic, waited another 15 minutes to check out. Only one person was at the front.

Of course a vet hospital is going to have dog hair everywhere, but I have never been in a vet office with so much dog hair. The exam room table, counter, scale and chair were covered with hair. I’m not sure why these surfaces aren’t brushed off / swept between patients.

Everything was great. I felt like the pricing was a little high for nail clipping. My groomer charges for $10 and your office charged $24.
