The staff was amazing, from the beginning of the appointment through 5 mins after I left. (More on that below.) Each staff member that we met today was kind and caring to everyone at the visit (my two- and four-legged children and me). My dog was a bit nervous (and made a bit of a mess) and my daughter noted a long list of ailments (most of which my dog doesn’t have). The staff were kind enough to cater to both of their needs throughout the visit. Each step of the appointment was explained. As I wrangled the two “kids” out of the office, I absentmindedly left my dog’s medication. A staff member kindly brought it out to me at my car. I expect we’ll need a follow-up appointment based on an ongoing issue, and I’m happy to continue to take my dog here.

Dr Martin arrived 15 min after our appointment time. We waited at least another 15 min before being seen. Our time is just as important as anyone elses.

Dr Martin and her staff did their usual excellent job. They have been Oreo s medical staff for 3 years, from when he weighed 2 pounds as a 8 week old to his grown 3 year old self of 11 pounds. They care for him like he was their own dog and alway provide great service.
