From the receptionist, to the assistants and techs to the doctors, this is a top notch practice. I love the choice of car pick-ups and I love that you always do your best not to mix dogs. The cleanliness is outstanding. Excellent service all around!

I think the prices are getting out of hand. $82 to swab ears is outrageous, but your hands are tied.

I would like to give “kudos” and extra thank you to Laurie for coming out to my care to show me how to get into the building through the construction. And to Chris, a vet assistant, who made sure I could hear her (I am deaf in one ear and hearing aid in other), explained everything in detail and just had an overall great caring attitude for both me and my cat Lilly.

I hate to say, but I felt misunderstood by Dr. Brown. I felt she too quickly jumped to mention cancer and other serious illnesses regarding my pet. She made me feel like I wasn’t doing a good job taking care of my pet, which indicated she hadn’t looked back at our history. Everyone is so kind at the clinic, and I imagine that she is, too; but I have struggled with the difficulty of getting an appointment, the cost of services and now am feeling frustrated with this, as well. I do always appreciate Colonial’s kindness, friendliness, going above and beyond to accommodate and have referred several new patients; so just wanted to provide an honest review to help you continue your good work. Thank you!

I appreciated so much the time and care that Dr. Low took in examining Georgia. As you know, Georgia gets stressed when she visits the office. Dr. Low took the time and cared so much about making her feel better and calming her down. I am so thankful!
