Please provide clinical training to your staff. My poor dog endured 5 pokes just for one blood draw, and you couldn t have asked for a better patient. He never moved or made it hard for them in any way.

So many great people who seem happy and comfortable, willing to answer questions and made us feel like we ve been coming there forever. Yay!

Every person I met on the staff was wonderful! My cats loved them too, which is definitely a good sign. Everyone was very warm and friendly.

The male assistant transposed our dogs weight at our appointment. Was 69, he imputed 96. This is the 3rd time he has made a mistake. The first one was much worse, he gave us flea and tick medicine in a heart worm box. Our dog was given 2 flea and tick a week a part. I caught it the following month. Dog is fine. But I do not feel confident in this particular assistant, he seemed afraid of our excitable pup. Which leaves me to the conclusion he is inadequate. Also whenever he answers the phone, it is not seamless. He is nice and polite, but when it comes down to it that is not enough. Dr. Low and the other assistants are great. Thank you for the opportunity to express my feelings.

As a dog owner, I am overly pleased with the service and staff. A very professional veterinary clinic with great staff who communicate information timely and accurately. So glad this Clinic was recommended for my Mink. ??????????

Not 100% happy with the fees. It makes it very hard to afford some of the necessary services. Also, I was given a recommendation for an antihistamine for my dog which I agreed to, but nothing was provided. Once I got home, I expected to find the meds in the bag, but there was none. It doesn t appear that I was charged for them, but I did agree to them and fully expected that I was charged for them and that they d be in the bag for my dog. Additionally, after my visit I received a confusing email that I replied to and the subsequent reply to me was also a little odd. No big deal, but it appeared the left hand wasn t quite sure what the right hand was doing. ;)

We were very pleased with the care and information we received during Lucy s recent dental surgery. Next day follow up was very comforting. We are fairly new to this practice and are very happy we switched to Colonial Veterinary Clinic!
