They put me on a cancelation list?? and I got in 3 weeks sooner than original appointment.?? Wait time once I got there was ~½ hour??, but I was given a discount for the inconvenience??. Very happy with service??.

I couldn t love this vet clinic more. You always take great care of my dog, Coco. The only thing I would say is that these days its difficult to get her in quickly if she is having an issue. I know that this is because of the influx of pet owners following Covid. But it would be much preferred to have her normal doctors see her in an emergency than the Emergency Vet service. They provide fine service, but parent have to wait outside while the pet is being cared for and that gives Coco alot of anxiety. Is it possible to leave time each day for special circumstances? I know you are doing your best and our pets are your top priority.

We visited Colonial in hopes of finding a new vet, but we were extremely disappointed by most of the experience. We were not greeted by the receptionist or the vet tech with a hello or even a smile when we arrived. The vet tech did not assist us with weighing our dog and did not even leave the reception area as we tried to figure out the scale. The lack of greeting and conversation continued into the exam room. She spoke very little to us and mostly worked on the computer. Our dog is young (10 months) and is anxious at new situations. He is definitely a lot, but something a vet clinic and staff would have seen before. After finishing at the computer, the vet tech informed us that the vet would be in shortly. She then stood directly across from our dog silently staring at him and us. It was very uncomfortable and just plain weird. Her presence made it very dog difficult to control our dog as he wanted to greet her. She clearly wanted nothing to do with him or us. It was our impression that she does not like dogs. The vet was ok - young and inexperienced as she had difficulty giving our dog a shot and taking blood. The two ladies (I believe one names was Kelly) came in to help with a nail trim, taking blood, give a shot and anal expression were WONDERFUL. One of these ladies had to complete the shot that the vet was unable to complete. Our whole experience would have been 100% different if we had one of these ladies involved our appointment. We will not be returning to Colonial.

Was not informed that a claw clipping would cost $27 a cat, I clip at home most of the time, if I had known it would charge I wouldn’t have gotten it done and saved myself the $54. A bit upset about it.

I love this office! Dr. Low and her entire staff are amazing. Kris is so compassionate and caring and Laurie makes scheduling easy. They always check to see how things are going after appointments, and are exceptional at returning phone calls. I know that can be tough with the current Covid times. I appreciate all that you do for our boys!
