This was our first visit and everyone was really incredible - kind, patient and caring.

Our pets are the most important part of our lives. We would only delegate their treatment to care givers we felt were the best, most qualified and caring that we could find. We are fortunate and thankful that Colonial Vets and staff are more than that! As always we thank you.

Dr Low and Chris were very nice and good with my scaredy-cat Roxy and fit her into their already filled schedule when an emergency arose. I am very grateful to them for their help.

Please provide clinical training to your staff. My poor dog endured 5 pokes just for one blood draw, and you couldn t have asked for a better patient. He never moved or made it hard for them in any way.

So appreciate your Covid protocols, as I have an immune compromised child at home who is about to have his third brain surgery. Thank you! Also, awesome experience overall. So many great people who seem happy and comfortable, willing to answer questions and made us feel like we ve been coming there forever. Yay!

Every person I met on the staff was wonderful! My cats loved them too, which is definitely a good sign. Everyone was very warm and friendly.

The male assistant transposed our dogs weight at our appointment. Was 69, he imputed 96. This is the 3rd time he has made a mistake. The first one was much worse, he gave us flea and tick medicine in a heart worm box. Our dog was given 2 flea and tick a week a part. I caught it the following month. Dog is fine. But I do not feel confident in this particular assistant, he seemed afraid of our excitable pup. Which leaves me to the conclusion he is inadequate. Also whenever he answers the phone, it is not seamless. He is nice and polite, but when it comes down to it that is not enough. Dr. Low and the other assistants are great. Thank you for the opportunity to express my feelings.
