My sweet 15 1/2 year old terrier has had a terrible ear infection and Dr. Dodson has worked diligently and kindly to help our dog move toward a more normal, healthier aging dog. Dr. Dodson s longtime experience and expertise has brought the uncomfortable ear problems to a manageable level. Her kindness and the efficiency of her staff are very much appreciated. This is a top notch facility.

This place was amazing! My highly anxious dog, that generally needs to be sedated for vet visits, was relaxed and took to the staff right away. They fed her treats and that is the way to win Bella s heart. I will go back without hesitation and highly recommend Dr. Runnels.

Had a minor emergency, second one in the last few months. Vet was very accommodating to get me in and squeeze him in around other appointments which I greatly appreciate. She missed one of the areas of concern, but given the nature of the visit i was there to point it out and the nurse I dropped him with didn t effectively communicate what I showed her. No big deal pointed it out at pick up and vet promptly apologized and addressed it right away. Minor tick on service is I called and was put on hold for about 10 minutes when I tried to pick him up. I ended up hanging up and calling back. I think they forgot I was in hold

When I called ti make an appointment to have our new car checked, i was told by the person answering the phone they would call me back, I was given the impression that my kitten couldn’t be seen for several weeks. I was called back the next day and we were able to get the kitten in to be seen within two days.

My dog was so nervous on our way to Mariposa, he was shaking violently. After his visit he was so relaxed he couldn t keep his eyes open sitting up in his seat belt.

He effortlessly put her at ease, even coaxing her to allow him to examine her teeth, a feat no one else has achieved, especially when she s unwell. His gift and expertise are truly invaluable, and we are incredibly thankful to have him as our veterinarian.
