Dr. Burcham Is the best! She sees all of pets.

I’d prefer not to give my credit card info over the phone. I’d prefer to take my pup back to the car and pay inside rather than calling back in from the car. Otherwise I love everything about the practice.

I still love the wait in your car and call us process. The staff are so helpful when I call and try to work in my brood. Thoughtful, responsive, helpful. I have no complaints.

Someone was to call the day after surgery to check on our dogs progress and provide some additional information however we never received the call. The following day was a holiday so that is leaving us with concerns that can t be addressed until 2+ days after surgery.

I love all the doctors. I believe they are far superior to any other vet office in the area. I do sometimes dread calling the office. Depending on the front desk person answering the phone I sometimes feel as though I’m really bothering/putting them out when I need to make an appointment or get a prescription filled.

I loved the concept of waiting in the car until going in and my dog not stressing out about wanting to see every other dog in the lobby or being stressed by other dogs stress. The doctor and staff were all so kind & listened to what I had to say (even when I got long winded). My dog adored Dr. Carrier and Natalie and I appreciate the fact they can do chiropractic to help my dog with his pain.

Dr. Burcham and the entire staff, as always, were incredibly kind and accommodating. We feel very fortunate to have our dog in your care.

As a first time client, I would have appreciated knowing that there is no waiting in the waiting room. If I had known that I needed to stay in the car until someone came to get me, I would have never arrived earlier than the appointment time.

Really enjoy the fear free entry with my pet, there were a couple of other dogs inside the waiting area but the tech helped with our path to enter the office.

I have always loved Mariposa. They are great with my little dog. My only concern is the price. I with there were less expensive options for common services such as Wellness Exams. I recently retired and may not be able to continue with Mariposa.

We love the way we can accompany Lexi into the exam room and be with her the entire time.
