We have been having ear infection problems for many months with our dog. Then we brought her (we were at a previous vet when all these ear infections started) to Mariposa in hopes that they would get to the bottom of this problem and solve it, making our precious dog healthy and happy again. I couldn t be more pleased with the progress made and the expertise of the doctors and staff at Mariposa.

Dr. Carrie was fantastic, as were the veterinary technicians. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful as well. Very pleased with the experience we had and care our pet received.

We needed Mariposa! My sweet dog had been hit by a 1-ton truck and had been treated with normal medical care. I didn t know there was any other way until someone shared how different care could be. I always seek alternative care for myself, and was so thankful to see you were taking new patients at just the time we needed you most.

The care here is excellent. The doctors and staff take time to listen to what is going on with my pets, and are very kind and gentle with them.

Mariposa is one of the best veterinary hospitals I have gone to! Everyone is very nice and helpful! They also accommodate very well to my cats needs by using the towel and having the check up table close to the ground. I know my animals are in good hands here!

I recently adopted a foster dog with some behavior issues. Everyone here has made it possible for me to adopt him and know that I have somewhere kind and understanding for his medical care. Don t know what I would do without them!

I really dislike having to call the desk with my credit card when I am leaving. The people are sitting right there. I would prefer to check out before I leave. I understand waiting in the car before an appointment but having to call instead of just talking face to face is uncomfortable

I understand not having pets in the waiting room, but it translates into we don t want you in our office . Front office staff do not even acknowledge our presence when going between the exam room and the front door. The sign on the counter saying to go outside and call to check out is actually pretty rude. My experiences coming to the office I feel like a burden to the staff and that my presence is a burden. When I am talking to or working with staff, they are all very pleasant. Our time with the vet was awesome.

Dr. Dodson has been a God send. My German Shepherd is anxious and is not friendly to strangers. Mariposa works with him and is able to accommodate his needs while still giving him excellent health care. Mariposa will be my vet as long as I have animals.

Dr. Dodson really has a kind and understanding with cats. I really appreciate her care of Shadow and how important Shadow is to me. Thank you so much
