Even though I came in for a specific problem, I would have liked to have my dog given a once over exam - eyes, ears, teeth, temperature - as long as he was already in there.

We love your practice this is the first time that we saw Dr. Chang, he could take a little more time and explain what he is doing with our fur babies. He was not very friendly like the rest of the staff there. We have been using you guys since we move to the valley almost 12 years ago. I would rate your office a 20+ at the care of our babies.

High prices. I would return if the prices were a lot cheaper. I had to go look for another animal clinic. And also $102 just to do a diagnose test to see what my pug had. Not happy that I paid $102 and later I had to go somewhere else because the prices were high for my budget.

We weren t sure what to expect with our free vet check after our pet adoption. But we were very pleased with our experience and have decided to stick with your practice for our vet care for both our dogs. Thank you.

Dr. Chang and his staff were very helpful. He seems to have diagnosed our GSD s diarrhea problem accurately and with no unnecessary testing. Her condition is improving based on his instructions. Also, the fact that he was available at a later hour than other veterinarians was a definite plus for us. We thank him very much for the care he provided.

When I bring my pet in for testing and shots I think these things should be taken care of in my presence. I have no objection to her being taken on the back for expressing her glands but feel in order to maintain a trusting relationship with this office anything else should be done in my presence.

I have used your care center for all my animals since I moved here 19 years ago and wouldn t ever go anywhere else. Thank you for your excellent care of my babies !

I was very fortunate to get my recently adopted dog in so quickly. I have never experienced Kennel Cough so was very concerned. After explaining my concern and anxiety I was told to come in that very day. What a relief! The Ramona Humane Society was not concerned about her illness but I reported it to them anyway. I told the tech and vet and hope they contact the center to address my concerns. Thank you all for making the visit a smooth one. Lovey was quite scared. She is doing better but still coughs some. We are in this together for sure. Again, thank you.

I have been using your facility for a very long time. I have always appreciated the way my pets and I are treated. My only issue is the pricing of some of the things that may need to be done. They sometimes create a hardship for the elderly and low income animal owners. Therefore they may not get the proper treatments that they may need for their pets.
