This is, by far, the best vet, staff & office I have ever worked with!! Dr Joy is amazing & has chosen a perfect staff! Thank you for years of wonderful care!!!

Our tech was so good with my dogs and Dr. Joy is WONDERFUL! I m glad that we don t need a vet often, but when we do, I know my pets are in good hands.

I was charged an emerg appt when I called for appt same day. not fair!

Awesome visit!

Don t know wy nobody called to reschedule my appointment because I ask to see Dr.Joy.Don t know what I paid 45$ for.Very disappointed.Don t know yet if I will bring my pet back or not.

Waited 1/2 hour in the treatment room before seeing anyone and s furthet 15 minutes for the vet. We were there for a full hour for our appointment which should have taken 15 minutes.

Most of the front desk staff seemed more concerned with their side work then acknowledging or attending to customers standing in front of them, the staff used to be more attentive...the groomer was excellent and kind as always! I understand employees can get distracted with paperwork or important communication between themselves but simply letting a customer know they re acknowledged and will be attended to shortly is enough to help someone not feel ignored or unimportant...thanks for listening

The staff is very nice except for the veterinarian he was using his words in a way that made me feel like he was blaming me for my dog getting an infection I didn t feel comfortable with that it made me feel guilty and bad and I probably won t go back. We are first time dog owners and weren t explained how to properly care for a dog s incision from a different veterinarian which caused the infection so I brought him into the Animal Clinic I didn t feel like it was my fault that he got sick.

Excellent experience. Well done. Will be back when necessary.

As a pet owner, the friendliness and patience of your staff puts them above and beyond and comforts me when my fur baby isn t doing so great. Will return for any vet needs in the future because of how we and the dog were treated! :)

There was so much info that it was difficult to keep up and remember. Like my question on the approximate time for healing, I never received a time and date for appointment to bring Lacy in after the surgery. I was surprised that these things were not sent home in writing. You know when your in with your fur baby your really not relaxed enough to really retain all the information that is given you so it would be very helpful to have something to look back on after your home with your fur baby. Don t understand why we have to pay for an exam before a spay or neuter!! I have been a faithful customer for 16 years.

This office has grown to the point that I feel more staff and more space is needed. Lines on busy times of year are out the door and for the first time they did not have space in boarding for several of our needed days. The staff and facility are clean and amazing and I don t want to move our dog to any other place. I just hope they will expand their space and staff.

Its always so nice to come to the Small Animal Clinic. Very organized and friendly.
