very friendly and supporting staff when your love one (pet) is sick

Was not advised in advance that payment was expected in advance for surgery. Luckily I was able to make deposit and pay balance on pickup. Had I known I would have been prepared to make the advance payment.

The staff was quick to administer tests and treatment, however, after 2 days I would have expected a call from the vet to inquire about the condition

I would like to say that I feel a recheck should be included in your first payment. Just to see if the animal is responding to the medicine should not cost another 37.00 . Also I would be more apt to come back or recommend the clinic if I was not charged for fees that were not necessary or wanted in the first place.

Taylor is so AWESOME! She is the only one I trust when it comes to grooming my little fur baby. She is the best in Hemet!!!!

There is no place, other than seeing Dr. Joy, where I would want to be. The staff is WONDERFUL. Thank you.

My 3 dogs love Dr. Joy, she has taken care of our family for many years and always provides excellent service and shows a great interest in their health!

Office staff and attendants have always been helpful, kind, gentle, and courteous. There was a near fight between a bulldog and boxer(?). When the attendants heard the growls and barks there was an immediate response from behind the counter and from the back. I was impressed.
