Yes i call was able to bring num- nums right away to get groomed very fast and so friendly then my dog also was seen by the vet right away everyone was very nice also very informative thank you! James &Sorinia Dailey P.S. and our Chihuahua num-nums Dailey thank you too

Great people, very caring, especially David (I think that was his name). And Dr Chang was very caring and concerned with Lucy. She was a rescue from the Ramona Animal Shelter only 11 days prior and as far as we know this was her 2nd interaction with a Vet - first being Spayed at shelter. So thank you all - this is why we have been coming here for years!!!

I love Dr Joy and her Staff. I interacted with Lisa a little more and she is awesome. I really appreciated the follow up phone call fro her. I am extra overcautious with Prada since I recently lost Spaz and had Prada at the vet the next day for a tick around her eye. I wish if had received the vet tech name, he was awesome as as well. He immediately took care of the situation and reassured me that I had thoroughly removed the tick. The lady at the check out ) was super nice as well ( my first Appt). As well as the vet tech that worked with Dr Joy in assisting her. I have been going to this vet for years, we are going to be moving to AZ soon but will make the extra trip yearly to have my animals come here for yearly vet checks, we like them so so much. Thank You for everything!! It is very much appreciated! Next time I will make sure to get the names of everyone, I have never had any bad experience and I watch the way the staff interacts with other patients they are absolutely awesome!! Stacy K

Dr. Chang was fantastic in answering all my questions and concerns and he and his assistant did a great job in taking care of Abby.
