I have been a client with small animal clinic for almost ten years. I stayed with the you because I felt that the services were personal and top notch. On my last visit I paid $51.00 for a wellness check and a booster shot because my cat was 8 years old. I was concerned about his heath. All I got out of the visit was my cat s ears were checked and i was told I needed a dental appointment. I took in my 10 year old cat and paid $15.00 for booster shot. Do I need to pay $36 to find out my cat s teeth need to be cleaned? On the previous visit I brought in my dog who has been a client for 7 years. He is 7 years old. Dr. Joy has been my vet for all of those years and she said, I didn t know you had a blue healer. It appears that the office is overbooked and the personal care is no longer one of the benefits of the extra cost. Also I have gotten the message that if there is an emergency I will need to go to the emergency hospital. I used to just bring them in when they were injured. What happened?

This was our first time meeting with Dr. Chang and I felt he was easy to talk to and understood our dog s problem. We would be happy to recommend friends to this Veterinary care center.

I had to wait for over an hour past my appointment time.

The Technician that helped me that day was awesome!! He answered all my questions and was very patient with me! I don t remember his name but he helped my dog Max & me :) he was a young guy with glasses and a tattoo on his arm

I can not tell you all how much I appreciate the excellent service my cat received. He had an abcess on his back and they took him in immediately with a huge amount of people waiting for shots for their dogs and they took care of him immediately. I would recommend these people before I would take my cat or dog to anyone else.

They could use some extra help at the front desk, especially on Saturdays. One front desk person was having to multi-task at many different positions. Kudos to her!

1st class vets and staff!

I ve been going to Dr. Joy since she and her husband were in the small Vet Office across the street, way back 15 years ago. Now it s real hard for me to trust anyone but her to care for my two dogs. But I love your staff. I might trust another Vet, but I never get to even see them or get to know what kind of a person they are. It s hard.

I found too late that I could have received a Senior discount, and it was a large. Please be more proactive to mention this to new customers. Thanks.

The last two times I have been in I had to wait a long time to pay. Customers coming in go up to the desk and no one calls me up to pay. I would think this is important. The staff is very nice but it is not great to stand for a long time after your appointment is over to pay.

I am a young pet owner with a scared puppy who is still trying to familiarize it self with it new surrounding. When I first came to your vet the only thing I got was my puppy taken to the back room for it shot. I mean this is the first time where I wasn t allow to go with my puppy to get there shots. So I felt scared and was worrying for the safety of my dog. How do I know that my puppy isn t being mistreated if I m not able to see them in the examination area. I mean yes I m young but I have the right to know if my dog feels comfortable and is treated right. That is all for my comment and would deeply like it if something could be changed to sooth my worrying.
