I very much appreciated being seen same day, however found it off-putting that I wasn t able to accompany pet and meet MD to form an impression. Yet had to agree to large cost and procedure with no rapport with clinician. Upon pick up, no MD greeted. Had unanswered questions and felt quite frustrated.

Never saw the dr, only a technician. He had to go back behind the door and get answers for my questions. Dr. Did not address my primary concerns regarding my dog. Phone call I received regarding tests put me in a difficult situation since I love my dog! Follow up phone call for more treatment (I have requested an email with explanations) was hard to understand.

My biggest complaint would be the wait time. 10 minutes to get to the front of the line at the desk. 10 minutes to be put in a room. Then a total of over and hour and a half in the exam room. I understand there are other patients but expediency when you have your animal in a strange place is a great thing.

Dr. Joy and the entire staff at Small Animal Care were amazing when my young cat dislocated her hip and needed surgery. I went to an emergency place that cost twice as much for doing nothing, never again! I will always take my pets to this facility due to the caring nature of the entire staff, the doctor fixed my baby right up, and did it cost effectively. We are lifetime patrons of Small Animal Care now and will recommend them to all our friends with fur babies!

I went in for a simple vaccination and found out my kitten had an infection. The vet and vet tech were amazing in helping me on what the best method for treatment was and answering all of my questions.

I have been taking dog Coco to Small Animal Care Center for many years and the staff have always! been kind, caring, compassionate and her doctor, well, what can say about Dr. Joy but that she truly is one of a kind, a rare gem and the best! you will ever find. Anyone that brings their pet in for whatever, is in great! hands with her. Amie Lucas
