I wasnt sure what to expect. The staff is very professional. Dr addressed all my issues and concerns with my new kitten adoption. I will definitely be a repeat pt. Looking at all the animals and owners in the lobby, and speaking with a few parents everyone seems happy with the services and the providers.

It would better to not have to wait for over an HOUR after the appointment time, but Dr Joy is amazing and a wonderful Vet. If not for her and her care, I d go elsewhere.

We waited 1 1/2 hours to have labs and X-rays. They had a customer wait in line to pay after her pet was euthanized! I had to tell the front desk to take her because she was crying while waiting in line! Horrible customer service. I was very disappointed as my pets have gone there for years.

Taylor did an awesome job on London. I am noticing though that he is shaking his head alot and I wonder why. Hopefully it s nothing, but I don t want to Pay for something that was never a problem before. Suggestions???

It would have been easier for our dog to be in a big dog room since the doctor had difficulty bending over to check her. They did not move us over, however.

One issue I had was my appointment was on Tuesday and your office did not have the right dosage of medication that my dog required so I was given enough for 6 days to get me through till you had the right one for him. However when I called Thursday to check and make sure I was able to get it before the six days was up there was no account stating that he was to receive the medication. which delayed us getting it.

I can t think of anything else to add. These questions are what I look for in any office environment. Especially a vet clinic. I hate the old dirty clinics that also smell. This clinic doesn t even have that horrible smell. It is a great place to take my family. Thank you Small Animal Care Clinic.

When a dog is boarded with a Cone on, it should be given food and water outside the kennel. It should NOT have a bowl of water left in the kennel throughout its visit. Then it would not constantly spill its water.

I had an appointmen with the groomer for my dog. The appointment was cancelled as Taylor had a family emergency. So,jif one groomer is off, why don t you have a backup? Nobody Has a problem with a family emergency, but as this department Is always so busy, I make an appointment just after her current appointment
