We ve been happy with the services so far. The only thing to possibly improve would be being allowed to go in with our dog when she gets her shots and treatments; we weren t sure if this is an option.

Greatly inconvenienced by lack of communication over main reason for appointment - to follow-up with booster shots from adoption at Ramona Shelter. We understood timing was important, thus I took off early from work to make the appointment, only to be told your center doesn t do things the same way as Ramona Shelter. We won t be returning.

This facility is always great. The staff are awesome. This is the only time my wait time wasn t good, especially with a crying cat that doesn t like small spaces and was in his carrier too long. This is not a complaint, but just for the first time, a little frustrating.

For some reason the staff didn t not have Bob s appt time logged into their schedule, but did arrange to squeeze us in to see Dr.Joy. within a few minutes of our original scheduled time. Thank You !

The services provided are the best in the San Jacinto valley. The 1 month wait time for a grooming appointment is ridiculous.

Even with appointments still waited over 15 minutes to be seen my tech and over 30 minutes to be seen by vet. Overall staff was friendly and was helpful.

I enjoy coming to your facility. I get my dog s shot here. Your staff is friendly, professional and caring. I recently got my dog groomed and cut for the first time. The grooming staff was patient with me, told me what to expect, made a good chose of length for cut, over all very happy. I live in Banning, but It is worth the small extra drive to your clinic. I have recommended it to my friends that live in this area. Keep up the good work.

Maggie had a grooming app. with Taylor. As always she did a great job and this is no easy task as Maggie hates her face done. Taylor wascoming in when I arrived and she took Maggie in for me. Karen then took care of us and as always was so sweet and kind, I really am grateful for her. Taylor called when Maggie was done and brought her out to me. I appreciate Karen and Taylor more than I can say. Thankyou for two such special people.
