Steve Smith is the best! He’s very caring with the animals and doesn’t rush any treatments. If he feels the pet is a little weary he’ll talk to them to calm them.

On arrival to pick up my pet from a procedure that morning waited over an hour for my dog to be discharged. Arrived at 5:45 and did not leave there with my dog until 7pm. At least 2 other people there had been waiting equally as long.

Everything was fine. You guys took great care of my dogs while I was away and I appreciate that. The only complaint I have is that one of my dogs, Trixie, was vaccinated for rabies without my consent. I was charged $15 on my card and noticed the paperwork when I got home. Although she may have needed the shot, I get the vaccinations done through the city of Beaumont. It s cheaper and I have to go to the city anyway to provide the certificate. Please, in the future, do not vaccinate any of my dogs without talking to me first. The vaccinations may have already been taken care of, and you may end up giving extra unnecessary vaccinations. If you need paperwork for boarding purposes, I will provide them. I will return on Monday at 8 am for Lady s grooming. Thanks.

I did tell the staff that my dog s breed was different than the SPCA classed her as but the information was not corrected on her chart. Other than that it was a great first experience for my dog.

I have used cats only vets for a number of years. I have visited your facility four times and the only cats present were the ones for adoption and in the boarding area. I am impressed with your cat boarding area. Close proximity of dogs in waiting area caused a little more stress for the cat during 45-60 minute wait. All staff were cordial and respectful. Some were more knowledgeable than others, which is to be expected. Dr Joy is direct and efficient and pleasant. I am used to a smaller more intimate practice, so this larger more diverse facility will take some getting used to on my part. I was directed to online ordering for meds, and discovered this is a separate mail order company. I would prefer to be able to purchase meds directly from your facility.

I met with Dr Joyce for a consult re the future of my dog. She was apparently very busy at the time of my appointment and it took a while before I actually met with her. She wa s frank with me given the dogs age and I was satisfied with her position about future treatment of the dog. Thank you Dr. Joyce

Loved the young woman tech that shaved Sam. Disappointed with the wellness plan being cancelled and us not informed of that. Also, every time we schedule w/vet our appointment is cancelled or has to be rescheduled. We missed out on Sam s dental cleaning because of this and now it is not covered!

I wasn t able to get an appointment very quickly and the wait time that particular day was bad, 11:30 appointment and was called in at 12:15. I think you guys must have been short handed in the vet dept.

I hate to complain, but 2nd time in a row had to wait about 30 minutes past appt time for a quick shot and toe nail clipping. I don t mind waiting, but my dog is anxious/shaking the whole time.

We brought our dog Buster for grooming. We always bring him here now as he was terrified when we took him to Petsmart but We find that he is quite happy to come and be groomed by Mary Beth. She is so kind and patient with all the animals. She takes great care and he gets a good clean up . We are delighted with the care and attention and we find all the staff at the center are happy, polite, friendly and courteous.

I would like a print out with the concerns I had with the diagnoses and quick explanation of treatment. I felt rushed and couldn t process the information I was given so a paper with this information would fix that. I ended up calling you guys later to get more information. I understand you guys are busy so this is my suggestion to fix both of our problems.

I found the facility very clean and friendly. They also take the CARE CREDIT card along with the regular cards. I was impressed.
