Love our vet!

Excellent service. The waiting room was clean as always. Both Mario and Dr. Joy were amazing with my cat, and took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to know about medication, food, and the next steps if my cat didn t improve.

Mackenzie came home with a very red anus, we have put Vaseline on the area and it is much better now but don t know what caused it

I love this office and it looks like I m not alone! You have become a very busy office which makes it a little more difficult to be seen right away. It would be great if that was a little easier but I understand busy. If it had been an extreme emergency it might have been different.

It is always a pleasure to bring Pudding to Small Animal Clinic. I realize she isn t the easy Cat to deal with, but she is always treated with kindness. Tricia Logan

Suggestion: Present line item totals for visit before presenting total cost. My total shocked me, but once I saw the cost for each service separately I felt like I got a deal. Just a suggestion. I was very very pleased with my visit. Wish you guys were closer to home.

Karen was the only one there to check us in she was overwhelmed between helping people and all the phone calls she really needs another person to help her, that being said she did an awesome job getting everyone checked in. Awesome job Karen

Karen was extremely busy and working by herself for over 2 hours. She has amazing customer service and has a great attitude under pressure working as hard as she was. She deserves recognition for her hard work and besides having a great experience with her myself, I believe there should be more than 1 person in the morning. Besides that, I am extremely satisfied with my visit as they took care of my fur baby ?

Tech’s acrylic nails were too long. When she was cleaning my dogs ear she yelped because she poked her ear when she was cleaning it with the gauze.

Don t understand why we weren t allowed to go in with dogs for treatment (shots).

Upon entering, I was acknowledged by the front office staff (friendly & courteous). Both of the tech staff members made me feel at ease, plus they re patience with me was nice. But most of all, our or 4-legged childrens veterinarian is the best person/vet I ve ever met. A heart of gold she has. And if there is such a thing as reincarnation, I want to come back as a domesticated animal and her being my doctor, she s one in a million.

Appt. was for grooming, and as always Mary Beth is the best groomer in town. Wouldn t go to anyone else. Buddy has been going to her for 12 years.

I ve been with your doctors for many yrs., prior to my recent visit with Dr. Joy I ve seen Dr. Thayer with ChaChing & other pets, including a parrot he was unable to treat due to severity of her illness. Dr. Joy is a bit less aggressive & insistent concerning care options, which I appreciate. The tec. was spectacular addressing questions I had before & after time spent with the doctor. Excellent event over all & a good health outlook for my pet is a wonderful thing. Also, the in house pet insurance options offered are a great addition to your practice.

I love bringing my Gizmo to you. He is a very nervous little guy and you treat him extremely well and do all you can to put him (and me) at ease. I appreciate that very much. Thank you! -Stephanie Hale

Dr. Joy is awesome! My dog has Kennel Cough and instead of making us wait until out appointment next week she did what she could to squeeze us in early. I thank you so much! Mya is taking her antibiotics and is already showing an improvement!

I had an 11 AM appointment for my cat for grooming and update on shots. I checked in at 10:45 assuming I could leave him and that the shots would be taken of while he was there. However, I was told to wait until the shots were administered before taking the cat into the groomer. The shots were completed at 11:25 and I turned the cat over to the groomer at 11:30. In the future, should I plan on arriving 1 hour before the scheduled appointment?

I felt like the entire staff genuinely cared about my dog s health and was also very understanding about my worries over paying for long term health care for my pet.

I clicked on the stars for Excellent but it didn t look like anything happened. So I will say here that we loved your facility. The staff was so nice and friendly and the doctor was wonderful. We are returning for a followup on 10/28. All I can say now is that we think you should move your clinic to the Palm Springs area!!!
