Very impressed with the office and staff. I appreciated the second door for my puppy s first visit I am sad there is no one on call for emergencies. perhaps a recommendation on the invoices would be great. I would take my pup to that emergency clinic after hours without hesitation if the doctor recommended them.

I don t fault you at all for the wait times and I am very grateful you were able to fit us in. Your staff and Dr Joy were very helpful and accommodating and took great care of my dog Luke, and me. The follow up by the Vet was incomplete and the tech never emailed me the estimate on the dental work to be done. Will be calling the office on Tuesday after the holiday.

No one called regarding the results of the lab work. I called two days later and left a message for someone to call me back the following day and no one called me back so I called again three days later before I was able to get a hold of someone for the results. Not a very good way to treat clients.

I was unable to get through to the office by phone having tried a half dozen times. I finally made an appointment online but had to wait a week for the appointment. I placed a comment in my online appointment request and received no reply either online or by phone. This is a significant weakness in the system. This was the third time for Skippy to be seen for this same respiratory problem. We are relieved that it appears the latest prescriptions have made a definite improvement and we are deeply grateful for that. Please, however, make it easier for us to speak to a human being when trying to make an appointment. Thank you.
