The office staff is always awesome when we come in for our fur babies.

I have gone to this office for 13 years with my dogs and cats. Last week I had to put one of my dogs to sleep. The staff all knew my little dog and said goodbye as well as the vet. This is a very loving group of staff. Thank you for making this goodbye so much easier.

I ve been a client for nearly twenty years and my current dog, Rondo, is the fourth to receive care at SAH. Love the office staff and the doctors. Don t change a thing!

the only reason I continue to come to this clinic is primarily Dr Joy, and Linda, Karen and Crystal. When Dr joy stops coming to the clinic I will search for another vet.

My only critique would be that the reception staff should make sure that they call a person back if that is what they say they are going to do. I was waiting for several hours and never heard and called back instead.

It is just hard to get to talk to someone when you call in.

There should have been more than one person assisting people checking in or out. I had an appointment for 12:30 for grooming and didn t get in until after 1:00. And that was only after someone else waiting in line told me to go back to grooming and let them know I was there! Not a good system.

We started with the Care Center with our first rescue dog Pepper 16 years ago. When Pepper past your staff was very special helping us get through our loss - When we got Buck as our new rescue member of our family your care center was our first stop. You are outstanding Big Thanks from us..

Please update the website for small dogs it allows you to request bath and brush. Upon arrival to pick my pet up I was informed it was incorrect. There should have been a call made to let me know this price was incorrect.

The wait time after we were in the room was a bit long. Chewbacca started to get a little anxious waiting. He started to go to the door and whine to leave.

I have been using them for a long time and have always been very satisfied with everything - the office staff, the facility, the doctors.

All the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Dr. Mario was thorough and explained everything to us. We we quite satisfied that Peaches had the best of treatment.

Grooming is way to expensive. I do not expect my dog to get a grooming fit for a dog show. I have her bathed, nails clipped and shaved. To costly for what it is and for what I want. Basic grooming should NOT cost this much, especially for customers of the clinic.

The staff is amazing in every way !! They do everything they can on every visit !! They even try to save a little cash where they can!! Dr.Joy, loves and cares for our dog as family !! Thank you, for loving our little girl !!

person working there and was with us with our pet was coughing intensely. 2 days later my senior husband and I came down with the flu, which lasted several weeks and we had to postpone pet s procedure because we were too ill to bring him in. Would appreciate that any employees that show signs of contagious illness would please stay home instead of possibly spreading the illness. Other than that, Small Animal Clinic and personnel are great. Thank You
