I had an appointment at 4:30pm. I waited until 6pm before I left because the place was too busy and the employee never returned with the paperwork. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I suggest you do not overbook because waiting that long for 15 minute shots was ridiculous and I will not be returning.

Do not make appointments you can t keep. With each visit, appointments were ignored. It wasn t just me, others in the lobby also had the same issue. During my last and only appointment, a lady was waiting past her appointment time and was told she mark down as a no-show when she was there whole time. That s when I walked out and told them to cancel all remaining appointments.

It s challenging to move to a new city and find a new vet that rises to the same standards of your previous doctor. I left with tears of JOY in finding your incredible team! You are all truly animal people with warm hearts! I slept better in knowing I have a great place where my critters will be treated like family! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

making telephone calls to your facility is very poor (always a voice message) leaving messages on the phone seems to never get returned. Other than that once you have your staff person to person I think your okay, you need to have someone on staff just answering the calls.

The front staff is very over worked. With shot clinics, with Dr appointments and grooming it is a mess. Oh yes and the phone. It’s a 4 minute wait when you are put on hold. I love the groomers and they should have a girl just for them answering questions and making appointments. More people are needed.

Totally thrilled with the care my kitten was given during her spay appointment. While I waited at home, a little anxious about my darling, one of the kind front desk ladies was playing with her during her lunch break! So she wasn t alone and totally bored. Previously, I have been referred to as, (Pet s Name) s Mom . These people totally get it. They are in this business for the right reasons.

Hi the office visit was great but you all never solved my dogs issue. Also you never called to tell me about the results of the test done on her. I am very upset because i spent 100 dollars on an issue that was not solved. And i had to come in to get the results. If this is how you all do business then i guess i will go elsewhere. You office personel can not even answer the phones nor return calls. Not sure what the issue is but our pets are like our kids.

We were asked to bring our dog in at 7:30am for a procedure that was to be done at 1pm. She had no food or water since midnight. Why did she need to come in so early? And then the procedure couldn t be done because the lab equipment was broken. I wasn t informed until noon. The equipment couldn t be tested before we came in? Every time I visit the Center I feel like my time is not respected or valued.

It took several times to reach the office by phone to make and appointment. It probably would be helpful to have more staff on the phones to make appointments. Other than that you all are awesome.

My dog was scheduled next day for Allergy shot and lab to check for heart worm to renew her preventative medication. Unexpectedly plans changed and doggie was going out of town that night for two weeks. I called to see if just by chance they could see her today instead ? They were awesome and worked with me. The wait was reasonable and then we were on our way. Appreciate it so much.

I was very unhappy that the 50% of vaccines was no longer available. I had to get a vet checkup to get the 50% off. Which of course increased my bill by fifty dollars!! I am on a fixed income. I am taking my other dog to the shelter clinic.

Been with Small Animal Care Center for a long time, they have always provided excellent care and service for our animals!
