Dr. Joy is always friendly, professional and thorough in her care of our dogs. She is clear in explaining issues and treatment.

I had to wait one hour when I had scheduled an appointment! My dog does not do well in waiting rooms with other animals and pulls. All he needed was a shot that took two minutes. What is the point of making an appointment when you have to wait an hour? It seems like the problem is overbooking since the waiting room was completely full.

Lobby is beginning to smell like dog!

They take very good care of my dog and she loves them. I rest because of the care she receives from them

The only negative was,,,, I asked for a price prior to booking appointment, and was quoted $69 for health certificate plus $15 for rabies making total amount 84.00, however the total ended up being $118.00 and the quote wasn t honored...

Amazing experience

The front desk needs a little better organization and communication. If they are running behind they should communicate that so we don’t have to ask 30 minutes past our appointment time.

I have taken my dogs to other clinics before bringing them to the Small Animal Care Center for their needs. Now I would not consider any other clinics in the area for their needs. I have had to go to another facility while away from home but as soon as I arrived back home I made an appointment here to have my dog checked by the best veterinarian I have known to make sure my dog received the best service available. I would advise anyone who wanted the best medical services for their pets to bring them here. My dog is a member of my family and therefore I want the best veterinary care, Small Animal Care Center is my choice number one.

I have been coming here for years because of the great care given to my pups and great people that work here.

I took Rilee in for a groom. Very disappointed. She was buzzed entirely so close (not what we requested) that she got razor burn both cheeks. Causing much discomfort for my furry friend. Lots of itching, constant scratching and close to getting infected on both cheeks. It feels like they are too busy and rushing thru the grooming. Rilee says ouch and mom says not a happy camper
