I could not have it any other way! They are kind and I could not imagine going anywhere else.

When my animal gets sick, too often I am told to go to another clinic, no appointments are available. You are right on it when it comes to the quick stuff like shots.

My biggest issue with your facility is that it is so difficult to reach anyone by phone. Many times they answer but just to put you on hold. It can also take inordinate amounts of time after signing in to be called. They should have a separate sign in for boarding And grooming. I have come before to pick up my dog and had to wait a very long time for someone to bring him out. They do take good care of him and everyone is very friendly.

Never received follow up for test results, tried to call multiple times and no one ever returned our call when I left my info with receptionist. Very friendly staff and kind doctor.

I was pleased (as always) with the front office service and interactions with the technicians from the back. Plus Dr. Joy is great. She is personable, understanding, and knowledgeable. There’s no other place I would trust with my fur babies. Thank you for your service.

In recent years, this facility seems more busier, but there is still great customer service. I do recommend getting an appointment. Glad I can still have my dogs seen at the facility . I really do like the staff and doctors

are always so helpful because we cant get our dog in there by ourselfs

I always enjoy and feel cared for each time I brung in my animals. Whether I have made an appointment or a walk in I generally have to wait to be seen for long periods of time. Dr joy is always worth the wait her professional demeanor and expert experience has made me a loyal pet parent whom feels she will make sure my loved ones are healthy and have a long life. Staff also very caring and listening to concerns.

They have always been caring and gentle with my animals. I have a new kitten and they were wonderful with him. They do not de-claw, but gladly recommended another facility that does. I am very happy with the service and gentle caring they give to both pet and owner!!!

We take both of our dogs here and we appreciate the time and doctors. I trust them with my dogs life.
