The two techs who took my dogs at the car and took care of them were great. I give them each 5 stars; however, I have an issue with another in your staff who I felt is totally out of line. I asked to speak to the doctor about it.

I was very happy with my experience. My dog Buddy is difficult to groom. The groomer was excellent kind and very knowledgeable in how to care for my dog. I have used the vet and groomers often. My first and only choice for my fur baby care.

I am always impressed with the staff and how they treat our furry babies and us. I witnessed a tech realize how scared a dog was. She stopped trying to take the dog to the back. Got on the ground and took her time, petting and talking softly with love and respect. And the front desk girls are just as amazing!!! Always taking their time with the owners and answering questions to the best of their ability. I am never treated like a number, even when it’s crazy busy!!!

I have been bringing my dog Laila there since we first got her from the shelter over 6 years ago and I could not be happier. I have even moved from San Jacinto to Redlands and still make the drive back to San Jacinto for any vet services she made need.

I wasn t happy with my $80 edible flea and tick med as it didn t seem to work as quickly as I was told it would and I ended up giving the dog a topical treatment as well. He was very sick with the kennel cough and didn t want to eat the treatment so I had to break it up and hid in dog food.

Cuddles is very hyper when left in the waiting area with other animals. Which is why I make a 9:00 am appointment. If there are open rooms. Please put me in a room to wait.
