I have visited the office twice with my dog and the service was excellent. The staff were professional, the facility was extremely clean. I have found a great Vet for my dog. I would recommend this place to others...

The staff has always been courteous and friendly. They are always ready to help in any way they can and explain what they can when you ask about the procedures that your pet may have to have.

I would like to see the appt s scheduled adhered to more.

Reenjade s Technician,JANAKA, was Kind,Polite,Caring & Knowledgeable. He was stressed, from the drive over. She petted him & comversed back & forth With him...like a True Cat Lady! She has a Wonderful Bedside Manner. She also obtained the answers to a couple of Vital Questions I asked. Excellent Client Service Skills. I had very little waiting time, which is UNUSUAL for your practice. She took him in the back, for thr Blood Test,....& we were In & Out in about 10 minutes! Everything went fine, only thing was the waiting time. Even with a scheduled appointment it still took about an hour just to be seen.

You are the most dedicated office, vets office, that I have ever dealt with, and I appreciate you very much. Bonnie

I thought the time between the initial visit w/procedures needed, ie surgery for my pet, and next available time for actual procedure to be done was too long. There was almost a month before the first available appointment. That is a long time for a pet.

I don t know how you would do it but there really needs to be a cat area so they don t become so stressed. It was awful for our cats. They are still upset and not themselves because the long wait made them much more anxious and fearful.

I was really impressed by everyone. They took time with me to see what concerns I had. I am glad I found this office.

The staff was very nice and sympathetic. It was quite busy as is usual. I really think more staffing to answer phones and expedite wait times would be great. We waited almost 30min tp br put in a room which is tough with an anxious pet.

To expensive. fees continue to increase. To have a group of skin tags removed it would cost more than $900. I no longer get my dogs grooming done at this facility. I take her to a nice groomer that charges $25. I will not get another pet once my current pet s life ends. Can t afford the vet care.

Had LAB work done and was supposed to have results available the next day. Now 3 days later and still no results for Farley and need same so RX can be filled.. Tom Carpenter

The Dr did not explain things to us and did not call us when our dogs anal gland ruptured, so it was a total shock when we got there. They also ignored the very low glucose on the blood panel they did. We went to another facility who noticed the low level right away but as they were addressing it, my dog had a stroke. The doctors need to look at all the low levels on a blood panel.
