With my mom’s passing Buddy her beloved dog has traveled to VA to be with us. Thank you for seeing him and taking such good care of him . He traveled well .

The staff was very nice and we loved our vet. She was very sweet and answered all questions i had with a smile.

It seemed like they thought I was a walk-in when in actuality I made an appointment specifically to get the rabies vaccine done promptly and efficiently, primarily because I knew it would be more difficult managing the anxiety of my dog going to the vet. Instead, my appointment was ignored and they were treating other animals that came in after me. I arrived a little early, too, than my 5:30 appointment. Then close to 6pm, I had enough and went to the front and asked if I’m up yet and that I made an appointment for 5:30pm. It my experience much more stressful than it needed to be. My walk-in earlier that day was smoother than my scheduled appointment. What’s the point in making an appointment?

I arrived at 3:45 because the appointment was at 4:00. I was called into a private office at 4. Then I waited until 4:50 before the doctors helper came in. The vet didn t come in until 5:00. I don t mind waiting a few minutes but an hour is way too long.

the provider was with the cat so for the car he got a 5

Our Dr Mercer was refreshing and new to us. A calm man. He took the time to explain every every little thing we asked about raising kittens. We hope that he will be a permanent Doctor at this office.
