We were given antibiotics at for 10 days per instruction however we only received enough for the start of day 7. We now have to try to get the other 3 1/2 days, hopefully this is not an additional fee. Thank you

My appointment was at 4:00. We arrived 10 minutes early. We did not get called in till 4:27. All we were there for was a rabies shot that took 2 minutes. I understand being busy as I work in an office also. Just thought the wait was a little long.

The unexpected charge to have our pet seen two days after initial visit, was a shock! Since we had already paid for the diagnosis and medicine, we were never told there would be an additional charge for the follow up visit. This is not a good practice!

I wish it was easier to make a telephone appointment. Had to go on line to make it and the online appointment chart isn t easy to do. Need some work on those two items. I still showed a pet I didn t have and nowhere online could I find a place to delete my pet.

I have been coming to Small Animal Care for nearly twenty years since even before Dr Joy and Dr Bob. The wait time to see the doctors is terrible - this last time I waited over an hour - and that was when I finally got into the examination room with my dog! I ve seriously considered changing vets in the past because of this and it is something to which I will give serious thought. I realize yours is a busy office but perhaps it is not too busy. Who has time to wait and wait and wait?

Wellness Exam - didn t check dogs eyes, nose, ears or paws or legs.

The vet and techs were excellent. After waiting 30 minutes beyond our appointment time, I approached he desk to cancel our appointment and reschedule for another day. I appreciated that they then had us seen immediately. We had arrived ten minutes early for our appointment so that meant forty minutes of stress for our pet. If a vet was not available, it would have been appreciated if we could have had the tech portion of our visit done first. Many people who came in after us with and without appointments were seen quickly while we continued to wait.

I hope by pressing 5th star that s the highest. Both Chantilly and I were very pleased with your office. Thank you all for your kindness.

The wait time could be better

I think Dr. Mercer is a really great vet. Bobbie Joe was also really lovely. They put my mind at ease about Jasmine, and I am going to come back for my vaccinations for all three of my cats. Thank you. You are all wonderful!

Staff was friendly and courteous. Price for annual Flu shot(s) seemed high!

I love the staff. Our animals are well taken care of. Very convenient to have everything on line thank you.

I had an appt, i arrived on time but it took almost an hour to be seen. When I looked at the sign in sheet there were 5 other people with appt times the same as mine. With only 3 rooms to see people in and 6 appts at the same time it would appear that you over book to see more people. I only needed blood work to get my dogs thyroid medication refilled but was forced to pay the $50 for a physical, which was taking his temp, weighing him and giving him a quick look over. The another $116 for blood work. Seems a bit high to them have to wait for nearly an hour to be seen. Just my opinion.

We have made appointments for the last three years for vaccinations and wellness checks with our dog Kasi and each time we have waited a minimum of 1/2 hour to see the veterinarian. Once I can Understand but the last 3 appointments I question the process.

Dr. Joy is the best and Linda and Karen are the most patient and kindest ladies to everyone regardless of how busy they are!

I am always very satisfied with the service we get at your clinic. Being from out of state I feel lucky I found Small animal clinic. I’m also appreciate the senior discount. Lol. Thanks, Rosalie Hunter

My dog had an appt for nail trimmings. When I called to make the appt the lady said he was due for vaccines. I stated they were done elsewhere and were current, we just needed nail trimmings. I waited 20 minutes after my appt time, was called to the counter where I was told I they needed to see his updates vaccines. This is very understandable but had not crossed my mind and the original phone call the lady was satisfied when I stayed in general he was current and didn’t need them in addition. I stated it was all at home and asked why I was not advised to bring it as it was our first appt and she had his vaccine records in front of her... the lady had no answer. I was offered no meet in the middle customer service (go grab the papers and we’ll squeeze you in when you get back). I was simply told over and over he could not be seen. I had gotten a sitter for my small children to make it easier and had taken the time to load a 10 year basset and drive across town. We were denied for something that was preventable with communication. I understand his updated vaccines were needed and important but the customer service under the circumstances was not pleasant. We’ve since handle the nail trimming on our own.

The vet technician Kaylee is who I request every time I go to get my dog s nails trimmed. She is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. She always is knowledgeable in any questions I have and her sincere passion and care for animals is evident.

just the best, front desk personnel are very professional and the young ladies in the boarding facility are very caring with our dog
