I would love to keep the Dr and nurse in future needs. I m hard of hearing and both of them were easy to understand.

The grooming team was great ...one of them held my 5 lb Sadie and the other clipped her nails without any fear or worry in our dog. It was so pleasant watching them take such good care of Sadie.

Seems we always have to wait 15-30 minutes past our appt time which I try to make early to help avoid this. I don t mind but my dog does. She cries and shakes the whole time we are there. I m waiting for her to have a heart attack.

You guys are the best... caring, patient, educational, all persons we encountered were great. The front desk people have the greatest attitudes and are great with their customer service skills. That goes for in person and on the phone . Thanks so much for helping us care for our Fur Baby .

I suggest that everyone without an appointment should not get in before the person with the appointment. We sat there with a 9 a.m. appointment and watched other dogs go before our long after we got there.

I would reccomend small animal clinic to all my family and friends with pets. I m going to schedule appointments for my other pets for checkups.

Mary Beth is the best groomer around here. Wouldn t take my pets to anyone else. She did a great job on Buddy 2 he needed grooming bad was very shaggy and his first groom in Long time he is a rescue and wasn t sure if he would cooperate but she did great job considering he was wiggle worm.
