The staff has always been very courteous and helpful. Also very friendly.

My regular groomer who trims my cats nails moved away. Used grooming services for my anxious cat. Groomers were very attentive to my precious fur baby. My cat is skittish with other people and I wasnt sure how he would react as it is his first time being groomed/bathed by someone other than myself. When I came to pick him up he wasnt even stressed. My cat even bumped noses with them. I have found my go to groomers!

Everyone was very cordial and concerned about our dogs wellbeing and treatment.

Had to wait 30 minutes past our appt time. This happens every time. My dog shakes the whole time as she is scared and I m surprised she doesnt have a heart attack.

My appointment was for a follow up and the wait time, visit and communication was all handled within 20 minutes. Thank you.

I felt I was listened to but also felt I had to rush because the nurse (who was very friendly and kind) who came into the consulting room and the vet himself - who spent about five minutes with us (though we had to wait an hour to see him) - seemed in a hurry to be elsewhere. Not like the old days of Dr. Joy and even Dr. Bob who always took a few minutes to talk. Dr. Mercer was very nice, recognized Rondo s problem immediately, has a pleasing personality. Hope he stays at this San Jacinto office. I ve been coming to SACC for about twenty years - Rondo is my third dog there. I m glad Karen, Crystal and Linda are still at SACC - not only are they kind in nature and friendly but seeing them makes the place more familiar what with all the new vets coming and going over the past several years. They are gold to the business - treat them well!

I appreciate the caring attitudes of everyone at SACC. I am especially thankful that they take the time to assess and determine the need for urgent appointments and work to accommodate those needs so sick animals do not suffer for extended periods of time.

I still would have appreciated being told more about how they are doing because they recently had a cold. It was a bit quick and I wish I could have talked to a doctor because I don’t know much about vaccinations so I still have questions? but overall it’s been really great going over there, very quick and professional. Love going there and will be back!

All the staff and technicians really listened to me and made me feel acknowledged. Dr. Mercer was great, except that it didn t seem as though he read the notes on our visit that the technician had written prior (and she was amazing). But that can be something he works on.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would change is to hire more vets.

My only complaint is that I had a 9am tech appointment, I arrived early and was one of the first in the waiting room. Those who arrived later were seen first. I was there until 9:45. It seems like a long time since Tank was only in for a post op and a 1 vaccine. He was in with the tech for maybe 5 mins.
