The Staff was very friendly and helpful, and we did not have to wait at all.

My appointment was for a laser treatment however I was unable to get my dog Aoife out of the car. I called the office from the parking lot and Bobby Jo answered the phone. She was very nice and came out to the car. Even though Aoife was not able to get the treatment BobbyJo went above and beyond to try to help. A big Thank you to her.

The staff went over and above to accommodate my pet and me. Very friendly office staff and very clean and nice facility.

Everyone at Small Animal Car Center are great. From the time we walk in and as we are leaving everyone is so polite and attentive to our needs. Dr Mercer and the staff listen to our questions and concerns regarding our pet and have helped our pet recover from his illness. It s nice to see the dedication that everyone has to lookout for the well being of our pet. Great job everyone!

I love this place for my furry baby s they are always are so clean and nice and explain everything that will be happening to my pups even when i dont bring one they remember him/her and ask if they are ok.. Also the staff is always welcoming they even chit chat with my kids and hear how they are doing i totally recommend this clinic to everyone ??

Had Buddy2 groomed with Marybeth and as usual she was great, does the best job on all the dogs we have had groomed with her.

No one likes going to the Vet worse than your pet s owner, (I m sure that s true). The staff is always polite and welcoming. The attendant took good notes and shared experiences to ease my comfort level. I believe this was my first experience with Dr. Mercer and he too was a good listener. We will be returning for future needs.

It took WAY TO LONG for the front desk ladies to acknowledge us, then they shot the breeze with a gentleman while we just sat. Then the vaccine tech went on break and finally they called us up, I had given the shot record when I first came in, they had not input it which they could have done while they were talking with the man. Of course once the vet tech came it took 30 seconds. I felt very devalued and as though my time didn’t matter. There was another lady there who felt the same way. She said that she felt that the tech shouldn’t have gone on break knowing there were 2 of us waiting, but it was the front desk ladies probably who did not altert her.

This was our first visit with a recent adopted dog. While the immediate need to address her kennel cough was addressed, it was also supposed to be a thorough examination. Doctor looked at her for about 60 seconds.

Karen ( OG ), Linda and Mary Beth are amazing! My furkids LOVE them. They ve ALWAYS been helpful, compassionate and most importantly show love to my furkids. When we had to put down our beloved Rottweiler, not only were they showed compassion but the whole office did. Apparently my Rottweiler was very loved by many and they stopped by to say their goodbye to him. Dr. Joy was the 1st vet to see all my furkids and when the time came for my Rottweiler to be put down, she was also heart broken and said I m the 1st one to treat you and I m the only and last one & started to tear up. That there is what you call an amazing vet and staff. When it was time to pick up my rottweiler from being cremated, we received a gift from one of the tech s. It was a home made gift with his paw print. Yes, I cried. Thank you all!
