Wait time overall close to an hour. That s kind of long. But doable also. Overall a very good experience and I like the new vet, Dr. Mercer!

Both Karen’s are two of the best people you have working for you..Of course the doctor’s & Vet Tex’s are great as well. But when you first come in and are greeted by either one of the Karen’s it really makes you feel at home and they care so much about you and your animal it’s just really nice. The other women at the desk are sweethearts too. But both Karen’s & the Vet’s &Vet Tex’s are the reasons I keep coming back... Mr.Kim Davidson & Monster

I really like our new vet he was so attentive and professional and caring. We came in on an emergency with Chevy 9yr old cat. Unfortunately they close early on Saturday but, we are grateful for a least getting seen and meds until Monday.

I was impressed with Dr. Jeremy Mercer. His expertise was evident as he examined my dog and how he answered the various questions I had.

Setting up the appointment was a bit confusing, as I was unknowingly scheduled for a technician appointment at first and had to call to get rescheduled for a full exam with the doctor. However, the technicians and doctor were all professional and took good care of my boys (two cats) when I was there.

My appt was at 4:00. Someone who had never been there before, came in after me, was seen and left before I was seen at almost 5:00. Everything else was great.

We were greeted with a friendly hello when we walked in through the door. We met with a technician and explained the reason for our visit. Dr Jeremy took care of our issue very promptly and to our full satisfaction. Great job by everyone from the time we walked in until we walked out. Keep up the great work!
