I wouldn t say I was satisfied with what I must do to help my Maggie, but I love this little dog and want her problem fixed. She needs surgery to excise whatever it is, I just want her to get the best care. Can you ask for a quote to get her teeth cleaned at same time and email me the number? Thx.

Karen who opens in the morning was so helpful friendly answered all questions the Doctor noticed Ollie needed two baby teeth needed to come out so called and wanted to know if we would like them removed while Ollie was still under from his operation he was very Thorough was so Appreciated Dr Joy best Veterinarian in the world recommend him to me I had Doctor Joy and Doctor Bob Thayer for about 25 years was scared and doubtful although I knew she would not have recommended him unless she really thought he was great and so far he’s really impressed me so thank you so very much

I make an appointment for my pet s grooming online. That s easy. When I arrive I would like to be able to check him in and go. But I have to sign in and wait at least 10-15 minutes before we can register that he is there. When I come back to pick up my dog I have to go through the same procedure again to pay and sign out. The reception staff are very good, kind and helpful so this is not a complaint against them. But if there could be some way to speed up delivery and collection times it would be really appreciated.
