The groomer is the true dog whisperer. Thank you my babies are a handful and she was able to figure them out.

I was concerned after the last puppy shot as Phoebe was in a lot of pain. I voiced my concern with the tech, someone I hadn’t met before and she was understanding and kind and used the smallest needle possible. We had no problems!

Reception staff were very welcoming, polite, courteous and friendly. We brought Buster for grooming and MaryBeth always does an excellent job. Buster was terrified at our previous grooming service but coming to the Small Animal Care Center he does not get upset or traumatized in any way because of the gentle and sympathetic treatment he gets. Thanks all round.

I have been coming to the Small Animal hospital for years the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I am a nurse in a medical practice and have done hospital nursing. Being on both ends of the spectrum I only wished my loved ones received the care my animals have. Keep up the good work. Sorry that Daisy pee s on your floor. Debbie.

I am just wondering why pet boarding requirements change all the time? Not long time ago shots required only 2-3 days before boarding then change to one week , now it’s 2 weeks! Make up you mind !!!

Appt. was 11:30, arrived 10 mins. early waited over 1 hr. Staff was nice...... but no explanation for long wait

My appt was at 9. The vet did not arrive until after 9:30. Staff apologized and explained he drives from Temecula. My time is precious and valuable. If the vet can t be there at appt times then they should not book appts. Being at the vet is stressful for my fur baby. Having to wait over a half hour just for him to arrive is not acceptable. The staff is great otherwise.

My concerns with my peaches who only weighs 5 lbs with her surgery was able to make me feel better she came out like a trooper thank you

My puppy was in pain after this shot. I was upset. I understand there can be pain but it never happened before. My concern is was it caused by reaction or maybe she wiggled and it wasn’t a clean injection....perhaps I will go along with her next time if that’s ok I’m sure she will remember..I don’t want her to be afraid of the vet visits..

First rate animal clinic, I would highly recommend anyone who owns a pet to have them treated there!
