Fleas were found and treated. But my dog later that night chewed off 3 inches of fur near the base of his tail. So something is still wrong.

Thanks so much for taking care of Buck - Your team took great care Of our last pet, Pepper, as she had to be put to sleep. The entire staff at Small Animal Care is so very loving and kind to our fur babies thank you so much for all the love. however during this hard time of the Coronavirus it s hard to see a different veterinarian sometimes you may not see eye-to-eye or they just don t know your pets history. Once again thank you to the friendly loving stuff.

Because of the coronavirus we were not allowed inside they came out to my car and took both of my dogs in and had their shots they were very sufficient and very nice and very polite and they took very good care of my dogs

With having 3 dogs and actually waiting in the car vs in the waiting room was actually so much more convenient and easy!!! This was the best experience in regards to waiting for our appt.

In difficult times like this there is very limited interaction with the staff and Dr Mercer. Our pet was taken in and brought back out in a timely manner and Mario explained what procedure was done. He thanked us and passed on for us to try and stay safe. We hope everyone at Small Animal Care Center is staying safe.
