Took both my fur babies in for shots and spa day ! One yesterday and one today ! I just love you guys ! I especially love the curb side service ! I hope you keep it ...I’m scared of other dogs and always worry ...it actually keeps me from taking my dogs to the vet !

The curbside set up due to covid 19 was excellent! It’s was so convient and great service . It is something I would like to see continue when the pandemic is over. But I’m sure it’s a lot of work ...maybe it could be an option??

Very difficult to rate on the old standard. With covid19 and the new normal the old rating system is useless. Masks, social distancing, no in-person appts, you need to change your rating criteria.

Because of Covid-19 concerns, some of these questions were hard to respond to. Response time in text that my check in was successful wasn’t returned quickly. Woman who got and returned dogs and the paperwork including my ATM card was friendly and affectionate to our dogs. Wonderful testimony to your service and accommodations that you have created. ????????

Our pet went in today for grooming. His last grooming was a few days short of 4 months. We met the new groomer, Elizabeth, and explained how we wanted his hair cut. Elizabeth told us he would be ready in 2 hours. We received a call in 2 hours like we were told. Elizabeth did a fantastic job. Our pet looks fantastic. We are so satisfied with Elizabeth that we have already made our next appointment. Great job Elizabeth!
