I would like to thank Karen for her compassion and patience with me when I was scheduling an appointment. I appreciated Dr. Mercer s phone calls to explain the tests he was going to run and the results. We truly feel like you genuinely care about our dog. Thank you for giving us a sense of peace that are dog was being well taken care during this quarantine time.

I had to work, so my roommate brought Jake in. Blood tests were run, which is fine. HOWEVER, one of them was for heartworm. Jake is and always has been on heartworm medication. I would hope I will be refunded for that test. Other than that, everything was fine

Hopefully you and the entire state and country will try applying the Sweden solution to the virus rather than the current insane distancing and shutdown. Herd immunity is the better solution. If we re ever faced with such a contagious virus with a 50% mortality, then the current measures would be justified.

Office was locked down due coronavirus. I did not go inside, so the nurse came to car and got Tucker and brought him back. The nurse was very friendly and courteous.

Staff did not address one of 2 main concerns. Lack of communications. Had to return cat back inside because dr did not understand what we were talking about. Maybe filtering through staff not working(

We were greeted by April at the door and all the rest of the staff, Karen and Linda also greeted us as we came up to the counter to check in. We had Cassandra bring us into an exam room. She was very interested in our dog s health and how he was doing post surgery. Dr Mercer came in and gave our dog a great exam and asked us some question concerning his recovery. While we were asking Dr. Mercer some follow up questions, his technician (A young lady with her dark hair up in a bun) was petting and cuddling with our dog. This technician really shows that she not only loves our dog, but loves doing her job! Dr. Mercer and his whole staff really care about the pets and their owners. Nice to see that they take the time to listen to our questions and give us answers that we understand.
