All staff was great. My only problem was that my account was mistakenly double charged for my pet s lab work, but that is supposedly being resolved.

Thank you for taking great care of my precious kitten! In this troubling time, I appreciate your being open and available for our little ones needs.

The only real complaint I have is that the vet didn’t even get to look at my dog. I was there for a wellness check and my dog is crazy. She would not let the vet get close to her. He said, well I have in my notes from last time that she’s a healthy dog.......ummm thanks? What if something is wrong now? I understand why he couldn’t get close and I appreciate the $10 discount but, I still paid $40 for nothing. My appointment didn’t take up the doctor’s time and I didn’t even speak to him. In cases like these, I feel the patient should not be charged at all.

I appreciate everyone the ladies at the desk are always helpful and take time to talk with you about your pet.

This is always where we take all of our pets. Small Animal Care Center takes such good care of all of everyone s pets.

I came in for Hogan’s shoulder pain, doctor thought it was his elbow. Wanted X-ray of his elbow at 200.00 when his pain was in his shoulder! I showed the assistant when she came in with a long punch list of things that were wrong that there was zero pain in his elbow by isolating it above the elbow and moving it around. It only hurts when his arm gets pushed up into the shoulder area. I told the doctor the mussels in there are stiff and I massage them to get the blood flowing though. Anyway it came down to the X-rays were more than double the price then my Beaumont Vet.

All of the staff greeted us by saying hello to us and our pet. We were taken back to a room where Cassandra asked us how our pet was doing. We talked about the progress of our pet along with medicine that was being used. We had a few questions regarding a particular medicine that our pet is taking. Cassandra has the same issue, the pet spitting out the pill, as we do.Mario came in and updated the history of our pet regarding medicine and how our pet is doing.Dr Mercer came in and gave our pet a good check up and checked out the surgery our pet had. Dr.Mercer answered our questions and wants to do a follow up in a week. Script was written for eye drops and a chew-able version of one of our pet s Scripts. The whole staff showed their dedication, care and concern for our pet and us from the time we walked in until we left. Nice to see the dedication and love everyone has for the pets welfare and the owners also. Great people!
