The staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful. I love the way we’re treated and how much they love our animals. I have never had a bad experience here ever. You can tell how much they love what they do. I cannot praise them enough. Especially during this hard time. ????????????????????????????????????

Your Curbside service was pretty good and faster than sitting with other Animals waiting for your Appt.time, BUT, i would not like it if it is taking anything away from your Emloyees in time or Pay, otherwise, it was set up really well.

We love the staff. They are all so wonderful with our fur baby Maxwell and are always happy to help In any way they can. They are personal in their service approach and caring in all they do. Thank you for being awesome!

Groomer did an excellent job on both of my dogs.

Elizabeth, the groomer, did a fantastic job on our dog. She groomed our pet exactly as we asked. He came out looking very spiffy and Elizabeth even dressed him up with a little scarf. He looked like a dog from the old west. Elizabeth is a great addition to Small Animal Care Center.

This last visit was wonderful. It seemed quicker than the routine of entering the lobby, waiting for tech, go the exam room etc. I did not mind waiting in the car.

Mario was our tech and he was awesome with our 2 dogs. He gave us a verbal report after each dog had received its shots and was quick with the payment and invoice.

I understand that the curbside service is necessary at this time. I think you did a fine job in this situation. However, I prefer coming inside. Keesha and I will not be returning to your office because we are moving out of state in July. I thank you all for the wonderful service we have received in the 4 years we’ve been coming there. Elizabeth did a nice job grooming her. When we get settled I will find a new vet and groomer. I will have you forward her records to the new vet or I can pick them up before we leave and take them with us. Thank you all so much. Nancy
