Praise God!! • The staff was amazing. They should have some type of canopy outside if curbside care is going to be provided. • I never got a chance to talk to the doctor to discuss the pros and cons of medication and treatment. The doctor did try to call me and my phone number was down wrong but no for the effort was made to contact me by text to clarify that when the doctor was conveniently available. • Texting and calling are good options to have it should not be just one method. Conversation is better when it comes to the health of your dog.

I wish you would go show my dentist how an office should be run during a pandemic. Thank you for caring about humans as much as you have cared about our pets over the years. Also, kudos for moving some appointments around for me when I had an unexpected work meeting scheduled. Your office always goes above and beyond, and it is why I have brought Emma to you all the way back to when you were in a small house across the street and she was just a puppy. Thank you.

The only issue I have, each time I come I usually end up waiting in the car to pick up my pets medicine 15 - 20 minutes or longer. One time I waited 40 minutes. For her recent veterinarian appointment I waited 25 minutes before someone came out to the car. Someone always texts me back promptly upon arrival stating someone will be out shortly, but that never happens. There were very few cars there so I never understand the hold up.

It was very hot outside today. I would rather wait in an indoor waiting room than sit in my car with the engine running for a half hour to provide A/C for my pet, while waiting for a technician to come out to me.
