They too excellent care of me and my cat! Quick and efficient!

Today went very smooth. Everyone was friendly and very thorough. Wasn t sure what to expect. I can see how curbside in the future would be very helpful. Would like to see it continue. Thank you so much. Keep up the great service.

Service was the fastest ever!! Usually I have to wait so long in line then Wait again for my pet to be seen. This time it was less than 15 minutes and appointment was done. I’m impressed.

More Shade for these Hot Days

There was miscommunication when it came to not authorizing my dog’s food before making an appt. had to get a different food because we can’t wait for it to be shipped now. We can’t use the Hills treats they have in the office because they are extremely hard and my dog can’t eat them. I have never in my life paid $15 in shipping for anything. When I tried to order the Royal Canin treats online after the visit, I was being charged $15 for shipping. I refuse to pay that! I could pay $5 thru Chewy, but your office makes it extremely difficult to order thru them and does not want to verify the Rx over the phone. This just adds more stress to myself and is a complete inconvenience. Now I have to figure out a non Rx treat that will be healthy enough to give to my dog because this has become such a hassle! There has to be an easier way to get my dog her Rx treats!

Extra friendly staff especially during the tough times we’re all going through with COVID.

I just want to say thank you all so much for all the effort you’re putting into seeing every patient.. It’s stressful and hectic out there and it’s wonderful that you have managed an intuitive formula for curbside treatment of our furry family members. I had so many questions and I’m so happy that all of them were answered in a really kind and simple way. I refer everyone to your office because you have treated me and my cat so well there. People wonderful. Timely as well. I was there only and hour. Process was flawless.

I liked how organized (I’m sure not so much at first) curbside appointment is and not having to deal with my pets wanting to greet every other pet and their owners as they enter the building- so nice! The time spent for my two appts didn’t seem to take any longer either in my opinion! Thank you for all your efforts slowing the spread of this awful virus and maintaining social distancing!

Please verify phone number when appointment is made. I received 1 email one voicemail and one phone call reminding me about the appointment. My son In Arizona also got a reminder. First of all only one reminder is enough second the person who had the appointment (my wife) never received anything. Not a complaint cause we really like you guys. But please fix it. Thanks

Curb side is nice in an emergency like I had, but it would be nice to be with our fur-babies when they don’t feel good. I know that with COVID, curbside is the only option to keep everyone safe. I am so grateful for all of you, as my girl was able to come home. Thank you for all you do!!!

The staff was excellent and resolved my questions. I really enjoy talking to the doctor explained everything to me asked me if I had any concerns or questions I think he s wonderful. He had big shoes to fill after dr. Joy, I feel like those shoes fit. A wonderful replacement ?? Dr. Joy would be proud. Extremely satisfied.
