Satisfied with the experience.

The Dr. was great. I waited over 40 min. Before someone came to help me. A lady pulled in way after me and she was helped before me. Then I had to ask a tech. Why I wasn’t being helped. I was helped not too long after that. Wait time too long.

As usual your all great, thanks for the wonderful care you showed Ozzy and myself today

THE STAFF IS STILL VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THESE VERY DIFFICULT TIMES.

I must say Elizabeth did a fantastic job with Eddie. I will be sending more of my pets to be groomed by Elizabeth. She did a great job. Eddie never looked so good.

I was impressed with the professionalism And friendliness of the staff member With which I dealt. It assured me my dog would be treated the same way. I would like to see a name badge of the person I entrust my animal as it would convey a greater sense of accountability.

We like having the ability to call and/or text. Your staff is very, very professional and friendly at the same time. The Licensed Vet Tech who delivered Sweet Pea back to us was so well versed in no only Sweet Pea s issues but several other questions we had on our minds. Thank you for taking care of our babies. NO curbside service once Covid is overwith please.

I would like the choice to call if I have an emergency or a certain question that needs answered right away but other than that, texting is fine.

Elizabeth/groomer has done a great job grooming my 2 dogs, she was polite and throughly explained grooming procedures. She politely asked questions to insure my expectations with the service were met. She was efficient and very pleasant during our interactions... I am a long time customer and will continue to bring my pets for all our needs. Thanks

it was to hot to be outside waiting as i do not have texting on my cell service

I was charged twice for my appointment yesterday. I was told my debit bank card was declined, but it showed up on my statement this morning. I had to use a Discover Card to pay for the appointment. Please look into this.
