This was my first time interacting with the staff and everyone including the Vet was so nice and warm. Both the dogs I brought are super scared of people and when they came back I could tell they were more at ease. Thank you!

I had the COVID vet experience under the circumstances I thought it was done well things seemed to run smoothly. My pet was a tech visit only not sure how it would go if we needed to see the vet. But want to thank all of you for your hard work. I wish we could do curb side for our humans, just a joke we do telephone visits. Stay safe. Debbie & Daisy

When I called for appt, I explained all my concerns, about dog running into walls and furniture I ask for exrays, all they had on paper work was ears. 300.00 laterwith just meds and 27.00 for groomer and up dated shots was told price would be in the 200.00 range?

The groomer was excellent with Packer. I was very pleased with the way he looked when I picked him up. I have never had any complaints with any of staff. As long as I am in California, Packer will never go anywhere else! Thanks again
