Rather call and talked to somebody instead of texting.I would like to go inside with my dog and talked to the doctor myself..just like before the pandemic

My dog and I sat out in the car for 27 minutes before somebody took him back. The sun was out and it was getting kind of hot. Is there anyway you can provide shade? I’ve also had to bring them in in the summertime and it’s awful.

I can only hope they were nice to Piper she went in for her shots and came back in two minutes, I had a couple of questions but they said sorry we are too busy we cannot look at anything else,she had her shot you can call back for another appointment. But I don t think I will.

I like the curbside service for quick things like tech visits but I really like being with my babies when the vet examines them.

I was very impressed that staff allowed my Emmy to stay with them in the office for one of the days she stayed for boarding. I felt she got extra attention and I appreciated that very much.

Appointment was 3pm. Sarah was taken in right away. At 4:06 on, I called to find out what was going on. She said that Dr Mercer was just finishing up with her and would call me when he was done. He called at 4:21pm. He did apologize that it took so long, but I really feel that the clinic could keep patients “parents” better informed. I understand that we have to wait in the car, but this was way too long.

We appreciate all that you do for our family ( our little furry family )

I like the texting but also talking to the receptionist! It was nice getting a chance to talk to the Dr as well!

We love Roxy s groomer, she explains what she is going and comments that Roxy was a GOOD GIRL. Have had problems texting with my phone so prefer calling or using the message call button outside. Thank you, Lois Mortensen
