Realized the other day, 5th week cough getting worse,when is doctor want to ck in on Sissy,it was answered when picking up cough med.

You guys always treat my babies with respect and kindness, you guys are truly awesome. Glad my babies can be seen with you guys, Athena, Zoomer, Biscuit, Emily say thank you.

I think your curbside n wearing masks is fantastic !!! During this Pandemic I’m glad your office is taking it seriously! Great Job Guys!

Curbside service is great when the weather is good. Summertime wouldn’t be comfortable as it would be too hot.

Appointments take too long

No matter which staff member waits on you they are all very friendly and caring to your pet. I love my Mr Bojangles and feel they love him too. Lol.

Elizabeth is so personable and made Gypsy look so pretty.

The only disagreement I have is when they text us shes done ready for pickup when we get there we still wait 45 minutes to hour and half.. to get her!

I was not assisted in a timely manner, maybe that is something that could be worked on for the future.

Only because of Covid 19 re: curbside service. I prefer being with my pet when talking to the Vet for consultations.

The staff members are always friendly and and take great care of your pets needs.

I do miss being with the Dr caring for my pet so I can ask questions then but it seems to be going well

Honestly, I don t like not being able to stay with my cats during the whole process. However, since that is not currently an option, the way it is being done is handled well.

I don t use a cell phone, but I notice you all have been very observant and nice about coming out the door to talk to me when I just stand there with my dog, so it is all working OK for me.
